Connection Capability

The most essential precondition is that the customer has already a copper line with a telephone service (POTS/ISDN), connected to his premices. In addition there are two other factors that determine whether Cytavision can be made available over your line:

• The local exchange (i.e. where the customer’s telephone line is connected) has been set up to support the service. You can check this by clicking here
• The distance and quality of the line between customer’s home and the local telephone exchange. The length of the cooper line from the customer premises to the telephone exchange must be less thn 3 kilometers.

After the customer submits his application, Cyta will do all the necessary measurements and inform the customer whether his line qualifies for the service.
