How can I find out my e-mail address
In all accounts, there are automatically two e-mail addresses
with the following format:
- for the family user: [account number]f@i-mail.com.cy
- for
the super-user: [account number]s@i-mail.com.cy
For example, if
your account number is 31100275, the e-mail address of the family
user would be 31100275f@i-mail.com.cy and
that of the super user would be 31100275s@i-mail.com.cy.
You can easily find out your e-mail address (as well as your account
number), by checking at the field "To" in any of the incoming
messages found in your inbox. Alternatively , you can contact Cyta's
Call Centre by dialing 132.
You can also create your own e-mail addresses by creating new users.
You can create up to eight additional users, to whom you can allocate
the e-mail address of your choice. All e-mail addresses should end
to "@i-mail.com.cy" (i.e
peter@i-mail.com.cy).
